In the duration of their stay with CSPI, on-the-job trainees are assigned various tasks that add to their knowledge of business operations, and marketing, as well as their experience in professional and social interactions inside and outside of the workplace.
In-office Trainees
Job Description
In-office trainees are assigned tasks in and around the offices of CSPI ranging from clerical work to tasks that deal with business management and operations. Trainees are cycled through these jobs throughout their stay to determine, enhance and maximise their potential career paths.
Objectives of the Role
- Develop a professional disposition in workplace settings
- Develop skills useable in any corporate setting
- Experience dealing with business related tasks and situations
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks in and around the office as assigned
- Develop good rapport and nurture relationships with colleagues
- Uphold the security and integrity of information
- Learn and develop skills and experience to be better equipped before joining the corporate world
ON-Site Sales Trainees
Job Description
On-site sales trainees are assigned to engage people in malls and shopping centers to sign up for credit cards. This position is open to any student who wants to hone and develop their skills in sales and personal and public relations.
Objectives of the Role
- Develop skills in sales and marketing
- Develop skills in personal and public relations
- Uphold the security and integrity of information
- Meet periodic sales quotas by learning and executing good marketing strategies
Responsibilities
- Nurture good relationships with clients and colleagues
- Uphold the standards of the company and our partner banks by keeping the presentability of marketing materials and collaterals they use for booth manning activities
- Submit in a complete and accurate state their clients’ applications for processing
- Report back, as needed, to their clients the status of their application
Qualifications
- Good people and communication skills
- Completed at least 2 years of College
- Any College Course welcome
- Good Academic Standing
- Willing to undergo training
- Willing to be assigned in malls and other public spaces
