As of March 2024, there are two valid CSPI IDs layout versions that are valid. As we transition to our new series IDs, we will be phasing out old IDs (those that follow the Series 2016 Layout as shown below) by 15 May 2024.
Below, we’ll help you identify if the ID you were presented with is a legitimate and valid CSPI ID. If the ID you encountered does not meet the criteria listed below, please report it to us immediately so we may help you validate the person who presented the ID, or investigate in case they are unscrupulous individuals.
Issued between 01 June 2016 until 15 February 2024. Issued in two forms – PVC (Plastic) IDs, for agents who joined CSPI before 2019, and Laminated IDs. All IDs in this design or layout are considered invalid after 15 May 2024.
ID Number – The ID Number is printed sideways and contains two cluster of digits separated by a dash. The first cluster is 8 digits long, and the second cluster is 2 digits long.
Signature – In PVC IDs: the signature is white and occupy the space between the nickname and the full name.
In Laminated IDs: the signature is white with green outlines and often occupy spaces inbetween the letters of the nickname and full name. Each placement is unique.
Photo – The photo is exactly 1.50in x 1.50in (w x h), colored, and is a studio photo that clearly shows the bearer’s facial features.
Watermark – A light watermark of CSPI’s check icon is clear and visible at the back of all the elements, within a field of green exactly the same color as the check icon on the logo.
Emergency Contact – Emergency contacts will never have their middle name or initial on the ID. The contact number follows international digit blocking (+63 ### ### ####) with spaces for ease of reading.
Validation Sticker Placement (PVC IDs) – PVC IDs do not have printed Issue and Valid Until Dates, These IDs are validated by placing a validation sticker on this spot.
Validation Sticker Placement (Laminated IDs) – Laminated IDs have printed Issue and Valid Until Dates. An ID’s validity may be extended by placing a validation sticker on this spot.
Valid Until – Laminated IDs will have a date specifying its end of validity in this spot. Despite the existence of a validation sticker on these IDs (Series 2016 Layout), they will be invalid by 15 May 2024.
Validation Stickers will have an 8-character serial number printed in it to identify the ID it was issued to. It will also bear a phone number through which the ID may be validated.
As mentioned above, whatever the date printed on the validation sticker is, any ID in the Series 2016 Layout will be invalid by 15 May 2024.
Issued after 16 February 2024, these new IDs will become the only legitimate and valid ID layout for the company beginning 16 May 2024. Any ID that does not meet the criteria below are to be deemed counterfeits and are therefore invalid. Any person holding, or using an ID that does not have a valid, scannable and verifiable QR Code are misrepresenting the company.
Photo – The photo is enclosed in a circle with a green border and then a white border. around it. Some other features known only to the company are in this area.
ID Number – The ID Number is two clusters of digits separated by a dash. The first cluster is 8 digits long, and the second cluster is 2 digits long. It is printed following the border’s circular line in the font that is shown in this image.
Nickname – The nickname is printed in white, block letters immediately below the photo
Signature – The signature is white and often occupy spaces inbetween the letters of the nickname and full name. Each placement is unique.
Watermark – A light watermark of CSPI’s check icon is clear and visible at the back of all the elements, within a field of green exactly the same color as the check icon on the logo.
QR Code – A QR code unique to each ID is now printed onto the ID. Scanning the QR code should lead to CSPI’s website which will show the details on its database, which should match what is printed on the ID card.

Issue Date and Valid Until Date – Dates specifying when the ID was issued, as well as the end of the ID’s validity are printed on these spots.
Validation Sticker Placement – An ID’s validity may be extended by placing a validation sticker on this spot.
Validation Stickers will have an 8-character serial number printed in it to identify the ID it was issued to. Instructions on how to check on the validity of this ID will be printed on this sticker.
Certification Date – The date in which the certification was issued will always be a valid working weekday (Monday to Friday, not a holiday)
End of Validity – The certificate will only be valid for a maximum of fifteen (15) calendar days from the certification date.
Signature – Certificates of Affiliation will always bear a wet signature – one that was signed by a pen by hand. Digital signatures or digital reproductions of signatures will never appear here.
Color and Paper size – Certificates of affiliation will never be printed in black and white. Persons issued these certifications will be carrying the original, color printed and hand-signed certificate at all times. Certificates will always be printed on A4 size paper.
Only Choice Service Providers Inc., may issue IDs and certificates of affiliation to its employees and agent partners. No other person, group or entity shall print any ID or document resembling that which is officially issued by the company.
As stated in the company’s Data and Information Security Policy, as well as its Human Resources Policy, the replication, imitation, tampering or forgery of the CSPI Identification Card and the subsequent bearing and use thereof in transactions and dealings is penalized under Article 171 in relation to 172 (2) of the Revised Penal Code of the Philippines. Any individual found to be party to the commission of the above acts shall be held criminally liable.
Persons who initiate the illegal replication of the CSPI ID, the operator/s or persons who actually copied the IDs and printed them to serve the purpose of the initiator, and the person who then holds the illegitimate ID and presents it to whomever, claiming to represent CSPI are in validation of the company’s policies, as well as the law in general. We do not take falsification lightly.
